This valve positioner is mainly used in the field of industrial automation control. It accurately adjusts the valve opening by receiving 4-20mA electrical signals. It is widely used in papermaking, mining, petrochemical and other industries.
Product core functions
The core function is to convert the electrical signal of the control system into the driving signal of the pneumatic actuator to achieve precise adjustment of the valve opening.
Its technical features include:
1) High-precision control:
Hall effect or electromagnetic induction technology is used to detect the valve stem displacement. The error range can be controlled at the millimeter level to ensure that the valve position strictly corresponds to the set signal.
2)Intelligent configuration capability:
Support HART communication protocol, remote parameter setting and fault diagnosis.
The local user interface (LUI) provides real-time monitoring and can display data such as valve position, temperature, air source pressure, etc.
3) Environmental adaptability:
The operating temperature range is -25°C to +85°C, the protection level reaches IP65/IP66, and it is suitable for use in high temperature, high humidity or corrosive environments.
